1Step is a multi-service platform operated by First Services that offers:

  • Home maintenance services (e.g., locksmith, plumbing, electrical)

  • Booking and scheduling tools

  • Wallet-based payment and balance features

  • Last-mile delivery and gig economy services

  • In-app purchases of home-related products

3. User Accounts

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

4. Wallet & Payments

  • The 1Step Wallet allows top-ups and in-app payments.

  • Unused balances may be refunded on request, subject to verification and admin fees.

  • Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

5. Booking and Cancellations

  • Service bookings are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation policies may vary by service type and will be shown during booking.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful information

  • Not misuse the platform (e.g., spam, abuse, hacking)

  • Treat technicians, delivery partners, and customer service staff with respect

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with services such as payment gateways, logistics partners, and APIs. We are not responsible for their actions or terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. All services are provided “as is”.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified via email or app notification.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity.
